Neurosensory Integration – connecting mind and body
Using neurosensory techniques, Intelligent Sleep helps connect the brain and the body by improving the functioning of neurotransmitters, increasing self-awareness, and achieving good feelings through biochemistry. These techniques are part of a comprehensive framework that also includes behavioral coaching and cellular metabolism elements, all woven together into a personalized program to help you restore balance and homeostasis and improve your brainpower and awareness.
Think of our holistic approach as down-regulating the sympathetic nervous system (the fight or fight response that creates tension) and up-regulating the parasympathetic nervous system (causing the body to rest-and-digest). This is done by guiding choices and tracking progress to realize results. In this free seminar, you’ll learn about the neurosensory part of our Sleep or Stress programs, along with program options and pricing.
Some of the neurosensory equipment used in our treatment programs include HeartMath®’s emWave® biofeedback products, Muse™ EEG, and music therapy content with binaural beats experienced while lying on our unique sound table with headphones. You can experience our SOVI™ (Sound & Vibration) technology first hand at another free seminar.
